Privacy Rights
This privacy policy explains how Rachunko collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our receipt digitization application.
Data We Collect
When processing receipts, we collect the following data: information from fiscal receipts (including items, prices, purchase time), basic user information (email, name), and application usage metadata.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for: providing receipt digitization services, generating expense statistics, maintaining product warranties, and improving application functionality. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
Data Storage
All data is stored on secure servers in the EU. You can permanently delete your account through the app or our public verified-email deletion page. We remove or anonymize account information immediately; processed receipts without a buyer ID may be retained because they contain merchant and transaction data only.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access all your data, correct inaccurate data, delete all data, transfer data in other formats. These rights can be exercised directly through the application.
Data Security
We use advanced security technologies including SSL encryption, regular security checks, and restricted data access to authorized personnel only.
